How much are the delivery costs?
They are free for any order placed in mainland France, please contact us for any delivery abroad.

How quickly will I be delivered?
It takes 3 to 5 working days for delivery. This may vary depending on your department or the volume of the order.

How to make a return?
In accordance with article L.121-20 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a legal period of 14 clear days from the delivery of his order to retract and must contact Toutenbambou by phone or e-mail. within this same period to be able to exercise this right.
Returned products must be in their original packaging, undamaged, accompanied by all accessories and all screws. The products must not have been used, nor have undergone any deterioration, however minimal, and be in a state of perfect cleanliness.
The return costs remain the responsibility of the customer and the products are transported under his responsibility. In case of exercise of this legal right of withdrawal, Toutenbambou will reimburse the customer for all sums paid free of charge. The reimbursement will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
Toutenbambou reserves the right not to reimburse in the event of product deterioration.
